1. Platform Services

MadmixtubeAI provides digital media, radio-network destination pages, promotional station pages, media portals, branded cover/card placement, music-related tools, and related platform services.

2. Station Launch Services

The Network Station Launch may include an official station destination page, hub placement, cover/card placement, host or crew branding, and reservation of an AI guide identity. Live radio players, music catalogs, stores, admin tools, subscriber systems, payment tools, licensing, and advanced automation are not included unless separately agreed in writing.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate station, brand, and contact information.
• You must own or have permission to use all names, logos, images, music, videos, and other content you submit.
• You may not upload or request content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or unauthorized.

4. Platform Content Standards

Services and payment access are subject to applicable law, platform policies, service-specific governance, and the requirements of approved payment providers.

5. Payments and Billing

Payments may be processed by an approved payment provider when payment services are enabled. By purchasing services, you agree to the price and billing terms shown at checkout and on the relevant platform page.

6. Intellectual Property

MadmixtubeAI owns or controls the platform layout, design, code, and system structure. Customers retain rights to their own approved brand materials, subject to permission for MadmixtubeAI to display those materials as part of the purchased platform service.

7. Service Changes

MadmixtubeAI may update pages, pricing, service descriptions, and platform features over time. Existing paid work will be handled according to the terms agreed at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
