Billing notice: Payments may be processed securely by an approved payment provider when payment services are enabled. Customer support remains available through MadmixtubeAI.

1. Payment Processing

When payment services are enabled, transactions may be handled by an approved payment provider. The payment provider may display its own billing descriptor on a customer statement.

3. Subscription Cancellation

Customers with recurring Station Updates & Care billing may request cancellation before the next renewal date. When recurring billing is handled by an approved payment provider, customers may also be able to manage eligible subscriptions through that provider using the billing information connected to the transaction.

4. Disputes and Billing Errors

If you believe there was a duplicate charge, unauthorized charge, or billing error, contact support promptly with your name, transaction date, amount, and station name.
